Before completing this registration form, please ensure you have received an information pack outlining the project & pricing.
On receipt of the completed form we shall issue drawing sheets/order forms from the information provided.
The registration details provided, will allow us to issue your drawing sheets/order forms, please insure that details provided are correct.
The price at which your school shall be selling the chosen Card type, the selling price of the Gift Wrap and Gift Tags will also be included. (Gift Wrap/Tags are an optional extra).
If you are accepting Cheques as payment – the details to whom is payable should be included. If you use a ‘School Money App’, please provide these details.
